We are a general practice aiming to provide quality healthcare for all patients, with an emphasis on health education and preventative medicine.

There is a nurse-led clinic for acute and urgent primary medical care that is located at the Ōpōtiki Health Centre, 32a King Street, Ōpōtiki;

** refer urgent patient to Community Health Centre 07 315 8500 

Hours open: Mon-Fri 1700-2200hrs, Sat-Sun 0800-2200 THEN after 2200hrs send urgent patient to Whakatāne Hospital OR call 111
