Told to go to A and E when all I needed was a repeat of a medication. Very confusing when we are asked constantly not to overload A and E with issues your GP can deal with. This meant extra costs for me as well as time off work.

Very poor communication. GP is lazy and wastes time. Doesn't want to read notes and has a condescending attitude. Makes you feel worthless and not worth their time.

A slightly unusual setup that probably works for the doctors but doesn't work well for patients. There is a lot of time wasting which eats into the time that the patient has with the GP. GP is lovely but very slow. I got the impression that I was being managed and my health was secondary to the whole process.
