We are proud to be locally owned and staffed by local doctors and nurses. We were established in 2001 after the amalgamation of Windsor Medical Centre - 1984 and Gladstone Medical Centre - 1988.

Prescriptions
 All scripts are collected in person or sent to your nominated pharmacy- $24.00.

Charges for longer consultations, special procedures, medical supplies and letters will apply.

Subsidies are applicable to general medical services.

Medical Examinations for Drivers Licenses, Work place examinations etc, will incur a higher fee. Please ask for details.

 

Payment is expected on the day of consultation. Unpaid fees will incur an administration fee of $8.00. All Debt collection fees will be the responsibility of the account holder.

Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After hours: We partner with Practice Plus to provide after hours urgent virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team. Practice Plus is available weekdays until 10pm and weekends/public holidays 8am-8pm.
