This practice provides Covid-19 testing to selected enrolled patients. We have limited availability for this service, and recommend that you attend the local testing stations. Please call the practice for more information.
Waitakere Union Health Centre is a low cost GP clinic, located on the grounds of Waitakere Hospital, on Lincoln Rd. The service was established in 1988, by the Union Movement, led by Mark Goeshe. We are a Cornerstone accredited family practice.
To provide high quality, affordable primary healthcare services which are responsive to the needs of the individual, their family and the community, with a focus on long term wellness and empowerment.
We are no longer seeing walk in patients- Please phone the clinic on 09) 837 3933 to book an appointment or to speak with a Doctor or Nurse.
Our Centre has specialty clinics for nutrition, women’s health, diabetes, and heart disease. Cervical smear tests are provided FREE of charge. We also offer contraception advice, drivers’ medicals, as well as the services described below.

These fees are payable on the day of service, unless otherwise arranged with management. Failure to pay will result in further charges and/or debt collection activities.
