CareHQ is a virtual consultation service that provides Kiwis of all ages with a convenient and easy to use virtual consultation with a General Practitioner (GP) or nurse – when they can’t see their regular GP and need an appointment now or after-hours.

  • $79.95 For a standard consultation when booked direct through CareHQ
  • $89.95 For an after-hours consultation when booked direct through CareHQ
  • $99.95 For an international visitor consultation when booked direct through CareHQ
  • $129.95 For an injury management consultation when booked direct through CareHQ
  • Southern Cross members GP appointments are available to Southern Cross members free of charge between the hours of 7am and 7pm ("Standard Medical Consultation") when they are booked via the My Southern Cross app. Subject to change. Terms and conditions apply.
