Mr Ingo Kolossa

Ingo graduated from Justus-Liebig-University Giessen Medical School, Germany, in 1996, having spent part of his medical education at the Royal Infirmary Aberdeen, Scotland, and at the University of California at Los Angeles, USA. He completed general surgical training in Cologne, Germany, gaining his specialist accreditation (Facharzt) in 2002. From there he further specialised in colorectal and visceral surgery in Wuppertal and Cologne, completing the European Board Exam of Colorectal Surgery in 2005. He gained additional accreditation in proctology 2006 and in visceral surgery 2007. Ingo then worked as a consultant specialist in colorectal surgery in Germany, alongside various European colorectal specialists.
