Review Clinic

We contact adults for a review of their wheelchair and seating needs every two years and children every year. If you think that you might be overdue for a review or need a review before your scheduled date, please let us know.

If needs are identified when we contact you, you will be invited to a Review Clinic at Pt Chevalier. The purpose of Review Clinic is to do the following:

• Make any necessary repairs, adjustments or alterations to your existing equipment to allow it to meet your needs better
• Complete requests to Accessable if your repair needs are significant
• Order “like for like” replacement seating if indicated (this cannot be done for wheelchairs, customised seating or parts)
• Complete a referral with you if we identify that your needs have altered significantly
