Profile

We are please to welcome Dr Mohan Chitgopeker to the Epsom Medical Care Team.

Dr Mohan has been a GP since 1991, in New Zealand and Australia and previously practiced with us between 1996 and 2006.

He has held positions including Medical advisor to ACC, Team Doctor Auckland and New Zealand Cricket teams, GP teacher to Medical students at Auckland and Melbourne Universities. 

He was Medical Director of the East Care Accident and Medical Clinic and Medical Director of a GP and Accident and Medical Clinic in Epping, Melbourne.

Dr Mohan has extensive experience in minor surgical procedures. His experience in Ophthalmology, Sports Medicine, and Joint injections compliments the GP service he provides.

He is also certified in Cosmetic injectables, such as Botox and Fillers. 

During his time in Melbourne he specialised and gained experience in the use if Medicinal Cannabis to treat various health conditions such as chronic pain, migraines and anxiety.
