Description

Vaka Atafaga Pacific Nursing Service is a nurse-led service of experienced Registered Nurses supported by Enolled Nurses and Lagaolagosua/Kaiawhina who deliver home-based services to Pacific families and whānau in the Porirua, Kapiti Coast and Wellington regions.

We support you and your family to:

  • manage your current health and wellbeing challenges
  • access culturally appropriate health literacy and education
  • access appropriate health services
  • address child and youth challenges

Many of our services are free, however there may be some charges associated to some services.

Hours

9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Mon – Fri 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are closed during all public holidays and for two-weeks over the Christmas period.   We will inform you of our closure over Christmas on our website closer to the time.
