Since August 2023, Levin Family Health (LFH) has grown alongside the community we proudly call home — Horowhenua and our neighbouring districts of Foxton, Shannon, Ōtaki, and beyond.
We know this region because we live here too. We see the pressure on whānau when access to care is limited, when hospital wait times are long, and when trusted local services are stretched. Rather than stand still, we chose to strengthen and expand. Over the past two years, we’ve welcomed new doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, improving appointment availability and broadening the services available locally.
Our growth has always been about people first — supporting families, caring for kaumātua, and ensuring tamariki can be seen when they need to be. We are building a resilient, community-focused practice designed to serve Horowhenua now and into the future.
