Psychological therapy

I offer a steady, reflective space for people navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, grief, adjustment, and the emotional impact of helping roles. My approach is relational, trauma‑informed, and grounded in compassion and clarity. I provide evidence based psychological support with an emphasis on our common humanity, respect for every individual's unique story and a desire to help alleviate the suffering that comes with uncontrollable life experiences. My focus is to walk alongside others, as they navigate their personal journey and help them build on existing strengths and engage in a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. Compassionate Psychology draws primarily on the evidence-based treatment models of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Learn more here
