M.I.S.T is a peer-to-peer run drop-in centre for adults (18+) who are experiencing or have experienced mental illness and or addictions. We promote self empowerment through peer support. Come in and play pool, meet like minded people, share a kai or a cuppa. We have regular activites and members have access to internet. M.I.S.T has washing machine and shower facilities.
