Our friendly expert team offers high-level individual assessment and holistic treatment approaches for all of your needs. We will provide a comprehensive assessment and treatment session to help get you back doing all the activities you love to do. We have a highly skilled team of Physio's, Occupational Therapists, Rehab Coaches, Psychologists, Dietitian and Social Workers.

Whether it is a musculoskeletal injury, neurological rehabilitation, Pilates, or just wanting some general words of advice - we are here to help.

Active+ New Plymouth is located in the heart of New Plymouth at 99 Gill Street, with plenty of convenient free parking.

Active+ Paediatrics is located at 78 Gill street and is a dedicated space with paediatric physio, SLT and Occupational Therapy.

Active+ Hāwera is conveniently located inside Central Audiology, 50 Victoria Street.

Active+ Ōpunake is located inside Coastal Medical, 26 Napier Street.
