During your stay at Tiaho Mai you have the right to request a second opinion about your diagnosis or treatment, and ask for a change of doctor and or nurse.  Please feel free to contact the Charge Nurse Manager or District Inspector to discuss this.

We provide a Service User Forum where you can discuss any issues related to Tiaho Mai and have your concerns heard and documented.
