Profile

Bill Crisp was welcomed onto the team last year, taking over from another visiting surgeon Dhiren Nehra, both from the U.K., for the purpose of helping us continue to rebuild our Upper GI service.
Bill brings to this DHB much experience in the management of oesophago-gastric cancers; is the lead surgeon for the local multidisciplinary Upper GI team meetings, and regularly performs oesophageal stenting for both benign and malignant pancreatico-biliary disease.
During this transition phase we have been extremely well supported by our colleagues in WDHB and ADHB.  Mr Michael Booth and his surgical fellows continue to provide the bariatric service.
