Dr Kate Gibson

Kate Gibson is a Clinical Geneticist and Paediatrician. After training in Paediatrics and Genetics in the UK, NZ and Australia, Kate spent 7 years as a Specialist in Australia before returning to Christchurch in 2010. She currently holds a post as a Clinical Geneticist in the South Island hub of GHSNZ, the national Clinical Genetics Service.

At the Children's Specialist Centre, Kate is able to see children and adults with, or at risk of, genetic disorders.
