We are a family centred surgery offering a full range of general practice services to you and your family.

Our surgery is located at 77 Awakino Road, Dargaville.

We will only be enrolling patients who live within our boundaries:

                South- Pouto Point- To the end of peninsular

Sat 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Please note that we do not provide free after-hours medical care for accident and emergencies. The nearest free accident and emergency clinic is at Whangārei Hospital. Dargaville Medical Centre also provides General Practitioner services to Dargaville Hospital, and the same GP fees apply whether you present at the hospital or the medical centre. Fees are expensive for after-hours care as they involve calling a doctor out from home. We strongly advise where possible that you see a doctor during the day.

We are open from 9 - 12 on Saturday for emergencies only.

After hours: We partner with Ka Ora Telecare to provide same day virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.

Ka Ora is available weekdays from 5pm to 8.30am and 24/7 weekends/public holidays.
