I graduated from Medical College, Colombo, in 1982 and immigrated to New Zealand in 1986. After joining the Advanced Training scheme in New Zealand for ENT surgery, I qualified as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Surgeons in 1994. I am a member of the NZ Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. I have been a visiting consultant for Ear, Nose and Throat surgery for Palmerston North Hospital since 1994 and have been an ENT consultant at Totara House Clinic from 1996.

I offer assessment and treatment for general otolaryngology conditions which includes tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, insertion of grommet tubes.
