Profile

After completing his medical training at the University of Auckland, Dr Pieter Wood undertook radiology specialist training at Waikato Hospital.

Pieter went on to complete an MRI fellowship in Victoria, Australia, where he focused on musculoskeletal MRI and ultrasound. He is experienced in the full range of CT and ultrasound‑guided procedures. Pieter is now a well‑established radiologist at Pacific Radiology Waikato where he enjoys supporting positive health outcomes for his patients.
