Congratulations! Having a baby is one of the most incredibly special experiences in a woman’s lifetime, and it is my honour to walk alongside women and whānau throughout this journey.
I am māma to 4 beautiful children, all born at home with the support of an amazing midwife. Before becoming a midwife, I taught yoga and meditation, and love weaving these skills into my practice. I am passionate about supporting women throughout their pregnancy & birthing journey, and can support you to birth at Helensville Birthing Centre, home or Waitakere Hospital. I also love to support waterbirth, which is an option in all these locations.
I always strive to provide individualised, holistic care, supporting you to make decisions that are best for you, and informed by sound midwifery knowledge and research. I have a deep trust in the innate wisdom of our bodies and their amazing ability to grow and birth our babies. I believe that nurturing this trust facilitates a confident, empowering birth experience.
