Midwifery Service

Practice

Bula Vinaka, Namaste and Assalamualaikum. Congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you for taking time to read my profile.

I am a self employed midwife working in South Auckland. I am originally from the beautiful island of Fiji, finished my midwifery training in Waikato and moved to work as an LMC in South Auckland providing PRIMARY midwifery cares. I believe pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood to be normal, blessed, life announcing and the most celebrated event in a woman's life and that these women have the right to be properly supported and encouraged during this important journey.

I provide antenatal, labour and birth and up to 6 weeks postnatal cares. My approach is very relaxed, supportive, evidence- and research-based, and culturally appropriate; to empower women to be in control of their informed choices.

My clinic day is Thursday 8am - 12pm and can be arranged accordingly. I work with two lovely midwives who provide backup when I am unavailable.

You can contact me on my mobile 021 082 182 17 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), or email me on . Please call during work hours for non urgent matters. If I don't answer the phone please leave a detailed message and I will try to get back to you at the earliest available.

Feel free to txt me or leave me a message. Please make sure you include your name, due date for the baby and which number baby would this be and any previous birth details.

Many thanks and kind regards.
