Welcome to Maioha Midwives .... Congratulations on your pregnancy. It is an exciting time but there can also be some anxiety when you don't know the process and how things work. I am a woman, a mother and have been a midwife for 10 years. What an exciting journey you are about to embark upon. For me the journey and experience of becoming a mother should be one that is positive, exciting and filled with joy. It is a time of learning new things and growing and sharing experiences. I have one son who is now a teenager (OMG) and though we have tried for another we have been unsuccessful even through IFV. Thus I treasure the time I get to spend with you, your family and your new baby. This journey is yours to take and I will inform you and provide you with up to date information that allows you to make informed decisions about your care.
