My name is Lily Gough and I have been working with women during their pregnancies for 6 years as a midwife, I also have a Postgraduate Certificate in Midwifery. I am from Auckland but have worked in Northland, Hawke's Bay and now Rotorua. I believe in a partnership between women/wāhine/pregnant persons, their whānau, and myself as we navigate all the decisions that come with being pregnant. I hope you will leave your care with me feeling more knowledgeable and empowered in your ability to make decisions regarding your health and parenting. I am partners with Lindsay Kinman, an incredible woman who shares my passion for physiological birth, informed decision-making, and empowering birth experiences. Lindsay and I operate Lily and Lavender Birth, sharing both caseload and on-call. You will get plenty of time to meet with her and get to know her and myself.
