Description

The community alcohol and drug service at Hillmorton Hospital includes the community alcohol and drug service and the Christchurch opioid recovery service.

Staff

The team consists of consultant psychiatrists, medical officers, AOD clinicians, registered social workers and nurses. All staff have a background in both mental health and addictions.

Our last appointments for the day are scheduled to finish at 1630 after which our doors automatically lock. Please ring ahead and let us know if you need to come to the service between 1630 and 1700 as we will need to let you in.

There are two bus routes that stop near Hillmorton Hospital. The 7 bus stops on Lincoln Road and the 140 stops on Birmingham Drive. Both are a 10-15 minute walk from the hospital.
