Able Mind's CUMIA is an activity based programme for primary school aged children who have a family/whānau member with a mental health or addiction challenge, to aid their understanding in a fun and appropriate way.  It can be a peer or family group exercise, or parts can be used with individuals.  Presented as a 6 week programme during the school term or a school holiday programme over 3 or 4 days.
