Do you undereat or overeat?

Are you sick of trying to control food?

We have found a solution.

We are a group of people who have recovered from our addictive eating.  Whether undereating or overeating (or just thinking about food all the time), we were gripped by an obsession and a compulsion to beat it.  We have found recovery in the Twelve Steps of Addictive Eaters Anonymous.  As successfully as members of Alcoholics Anonymous have found freedom from alcohol, we have found freedom from food.

AEA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes ‚Äčany causes.

There are no dues or fees for membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions.
