Referral Process

We can recieve referrals from Northland DHB Maternal, Infant Mental Health team.

We also recieve referrals from midwives and GPs. 

Description

Support for mothers to recover from mental health difficulties between the first trimester of pregnancy through to their baby turning one year of age.

• Support you with your individual goals
• Provide mental health support and promote wellness
• Help you to access appropriate community resources or groups
• Offer support in caring for your baby as required
• Assist with pregnancy and birth planning support
• Liaise and work with your clinical team and other agencies you chose to be involved
