Description

Our Anxiety & Depression Treatment Programme focuses on taking specific steps to overcome anxiety and depression. Treatment often involves facing one’s fears as part of the pathway to recovery. Psycho-education, interpersonal therapy and problem-solving therapy are also effective. Alongside treatment, medications can also be useful for a time.

​Our Anxiety & Depression Treatment Programme runs for 6 weeks, with 2 groups per week.
