Description

This is a 90-minute session which could either have a psychoeducation or interpersonal process focus.
These groups are designed to bring some encouragement, support and connection with others, to assist an individual. These groups provide norms that reinforce healthy ways of interacting and provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that is crucial for recovery.
