CORT (Community of Refuge Trust) is a community housing organisation established as a charitable trust to help people who want assistance in finding and maintaining a home.

The trust was established in 1987 by Ponsonby Baptist Church. Over the years the trust has slowly built up its housing stock through purchasing properties and leasing from private landlords. The trust is supported through rental income, grants, philanthropic trusts and the Auckland District Health Board.

CORT operates in Auckland. The Trust manages over 370 properties, mainly 1 and 2 bedroom flats.
