Description
The Bipolar Support Group meets twice a month in-person and online. The in-person group is held on the first Friday of the month from 10am to 12pm at DRIVE. The online group is held on the third Tuesday of the month from 7pm to 9pm on Zoom.

To join the group email, phone 09 263 6508, text 021 921 738, or private message us through DRIVE on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Covid protocols at our venue may require you to confirm that you are symptom free prior to entry. You may also have to wear a mask, and physically distance from peers.
Description
The Bipolar Support Group meets twice a month in-person and online. The in-person group is held on the first Friday of the month from 10am to 12pm at DRIVE. The online group is held on the third Tuesday of the month from 7pm to 9pm on Zoom.
New members are welcome. People who do not have lived experience of bipolar may only attend if they support someone who does experience the symptoms of bipolar to attend.
DRIVE provides some administrative support to this group however they are their own self-sustaining entity and create their own group rules regarding membership that DRIVE does not influence. For example, there is no geographical limit on membership.
The group does not meet in January.

The Airport Link Bus can be accessed outside of DRIVE's offices every 10-minutes during opening hours connecting peers to the Manukau and Papatoetoe Train stations.

Free all day parking is available at Cavendish Court. 57 Cavendish Drive, Manukau 2104. It is a short 3-minute walk to DRIVE.
