Description

The Bipolar Support Group is a peer-led group for those living with bipolar in Counties Manukau.

The group support each other in a safe and healthy environment. They share common challenges and different coping strategies used to enhance recovery opportunities. 

You are welcome to bring a support person with you.

The group meet at DRIVE (Level 1, 28C Lambie Drive, Papatoetoe) on the first Friday of every month from 10am to 12pm (except January)
