Description

Dayspring operates supported accommodation where women, aged 18 - 65 years, can live and be supported through mental health challenges. Under certain circumstances we will support women with a baby or a pre-school child.

Tenants receive low key social support and will enjoy all the rights and responsibilities of tenancy as defined within the Residential Tenancy Act 1986 or its amendments and successors.

Our home is furnished and we expect our tenants to care for themselves and their property. To work together in a flatting situation with other people, sharing chores such as cooking and housework.
