Who can receive our service?
- People who live within the Waitemata DHB region ( Waitakere and North Shore Cities)
- People with recognised psychiatric or drug and alcohol related disabilities who need assistance to maintain housing such as is normally obtained via commercial channels.

Referrals via Community Mental Health Teams, Community Support Works services, Packages of Care services or self/family/whānau.

Description
Dayspring operates supported accommodation where women, aged 18 - 65 years, can live and be supported through mental health challenges. Under certain circumstances we will support women with a baby or a pre-school child.
Tenants receive low key social support and will enjoy all the rights and responsibilities of tenancy as defined within the Residential Tenancy Act 1986 or its amendments and successors.
Our home is furnished and we expect our tenants to care for themselves and their property. To work together in a flatting situation with other people, sharing chores such as cooking and housework.
