Description
DrugHelp.org.nz is an online self-help resource to help people think about their relationship with drugs and if it's time for a change. It also contains information for people wanting to help someone else with their drug use.
DrugHelp.org.nz includes videos of New Zealanders sharing their stories about how drugs impacted their life and how they made changes. People can take a test to work out what level of support they could benefit from, and there are tips and advice about how to change and what to expect.
- DrugHelp.org.nz/Meth has video stories and information about methamphetamine with the MethHelp Handbook available for order.
- Pothelp.org.nz focuses on cannabis specific information with the PotHelp Workbook available for order.
The self-assessment tools are supported by hard copy resources and links to treatment services.
