DrugHelp is an online self-help resource for people looking for help with their own, or someone else’s, drug use.

www.drughelp.org.nz

DrugHelp is designed for people seeking change and those helping them to achieve it. It has videos of New Zealanders sharing their stories of recovery. People can take a test to work out what level of support they could benefit from with tips and advice around the process of change and what to expect.

  • MethHelp has specific stories and information about methamphetamine with a hardcopy booklet available for order.
  • PotHelp focuses on cannabis specific information with a hardcopy workbook available for order.

The self-assessment tools are supported by hard copy resources and links to treatment services including the Alcohol and Drug Helpline. DrugHelp is funded by the Ministry of Health and implemented by the New Zealand Drug Foundation.
