Give us a call on: 07 577 1457, or fill out our referral form and fax it to us.

We have two Family and Whanau Fieldworkers who provide support, education and advocacy. Confidentiality is guaranteed and the Fieldworkers are available to meet with you either at our offices at the Historic Village, or at a place of your choosing e.g. a cafeteria or your home.

Our Fieldworkers facilitate educational workshops and support groups.

We provide assistance, where appropriate, to identify suitable services to support the best outcome for your family and whanau.

We provide assistance to navigate mental health services.
