We are a charitable trust community based not-for-profit organisation. We welcome all women, men, families, youth and children from Helensville, Rodney and surrounding areas.

We provide the following professional services:
- Counselling – individual counselling for adults, young people and children. Counselling is subsidised and confidential
- Family Support – support for women, men and families experiencing short or longer term stresses and challenges
- Strengthening Families – voluntary for families/whanau. Support with life’s challenges by bringing invited agencies together and developing a whanau driven action plan
- Youth Mentoring - supporting youth, based at Kaipara College
- Courses and programmes – healthy relationships, parenting, self-development, programmes for children
- Community Care - advocacy, offering information and advice. Identifying and strengthening community supports and networks
