Description
Social Housing provides support for people in the Auckland and Whangārei region who are experiencing difficulties with their housing.
- Housing First (Whare Taupua) for people who are chronically homeless (Central & West Auckland & Whangārei);
- Youth Social Housing (Aka Matua & Māhuri);
- Transitional Housing for those who are transitionally homeless;
- Sustaining Tenancies (Whare Toko, Auckland & Whangārei);
- Supported Accommodation for people receiving mental health services;
- Creating Positive Pathways for people exiting long-term prison sentences (Auckland & Whangārei).
