Living Sober is an online community managed by the New Zealand Drug Foundation and supported by the Health Promotion Agency. It started in 2014. The NZ Drug Foundation is a registered charity (No. CC27025).

Living Sober is a friendly online social network aiming to support adult medium to high-risk drinkers to stop drinking. It is a safe and supportive online community. Features include members feed, member profiles, blog posts by Lotta Dann (Mrs D), Ask An Expert guest posts, and a sober toolbox full of tips for staying sober.
