Individuals are welcome to participate in support groups, as and when they need them. You can contact us prior to attending or just come along on the day.

Men's Support Group
Meet with other men experiencing loss and grief in a warm, supportive environment.

Women's Support Group
Meet other women living with grief in a safe and supportive environment.

General Grief Group
An opportunity to comae along and meet others living with grief.
