Supports will include but are not limited to:

  • Manaakitanga (Holistic Approach to Wellbeing)
  • Wairuatanga (Dreams and Aspirations)
  • Whanaungatanga (Cultural Identity and Connection to Whānau, Hapu and Iwi)
  • Mātauranga (Pre-Vocational Education and Training)
  • Kaitiakitanga (Health & Wellbeing)
  • Mahi Ngatahi (Daily Living & Activities)
  • Te Ahi Kaa Roa (Housing)
  • Rangatiratanga (Self-esteem and Self-determination)

Iwi Support is an option for Māori tangata and/or tangata preferring a Kaupapa Māori/Te Ao Māori centred pathway of care including the delivery of supports in Te Reo Māori. There is an emphasis on whakawhanaungatanga and facilitating access and/or reconnection to cultural, natural supports, Whānau, Whenua, Hapu and Iwi.
