Referral Process
A referral is required for entry into Mana o te Tangata Youth Peer Support Service. Once recieved the referral will be triaged by our team at our weekly MDT meeting. If the referral meets Mana o te Tangata criteria the referral will be allocated to one of our Youth Peer Support Workers. The client will then be invited to an initial apointment to meet with a staff member and discuss the best ways in which they can be supported. Please note Mana o te Tangata is not an urgent or crises service.
Description
