Referrals to our Community service are via GPs.

Description

Our team provides services to older adults in the community who are experiencing moderate to severe mental illness.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.  Please contact 0800 653 357 outside of these hours for urgent mental health issues.
