Referral Process

Ngāti Kahu Social and Health Services provide support to primary and secondary health services and so essentially referrals that are made to us are from Child Youth Mental Health and or Adult Mental Health Services. Our role is to work with who make referrals to ensure we develop a plan with our whaiora so that they are supported in the community.  In addition, we are able to receive self referrals where we will complete the relevant assessment to assess what services need to be engaged.
