Eligibility criteria is required by referral through Waikato District Health Board-Adult Mental Health Services.
Description
We provide:
- Community-based housing and recovery-focused support services for people who experience mental health disorders
- Access to support staff 24-hours/day, 7 days/week
Te Whare Ruruhau o Maniapoto provides a home set in a tranquil rural environment that is safe, relaxing and comfortable. This service provides residential holistic recovery support, crisis and planned respite care for tangata whaiora and their whanau.
