Eligibility criteria is required by referral through Waikato District Health Board-Mental Health Services.
Description
We provide support in relation to family-whanau, community living, education, employment and self-management of their wellbeing.
This service exists to facilitate, advocate and support you or whanau who may be experiencing mental illness by providing:
- Information
- Access to services and or other support
- Exploring employment opportunities
- Primary Health Services
- Discharge planning
- COPMIA Support – Children of Parents with a Mental Health Illness or Addiction
