How do I get started in my Ocean Hills recovery journey?

There are 3 steps you need to take to get admitted to Ocean Hills.

1. Talk: We will talk to you in person or on the phone so we can best decide how to help you.
2. Assess:  Our Clinical Manager will assess your needs over the phone to see if you meet the Ocean Hills eligibility criteria. As part of this process, you can expect to answer questions about your medical history and provide other information so that our Clinical Manager can make a decision about what treatment and other support you might need. Once your immediate medical needs have been taken care of, you can begin your recovery programme at Ocean Hills and we will work with you to arrange an admission date.
3. Begin: You will begin your Ocean Hills stay when our entry criteria are met and completed.

Description

Ocean Hills offers treatment for alcohol and drug addiction with busy people in mind. Our experienced team of professionals all have qualifiations in addiction and mental health. Our programme of therapy is evidence-based and does not focus on 12 step recovery. We are not run by volunteers.

You might have a family, a business and people relying on you – in other words, a lot at stake. We understand that often, it’s not possible to just abandon your responsibilities for long periods to get drug and alcohol treatment, which is why we customise treatment plans to suit you and your circumstances.

Our most popular rehab options are two-week and four-week recovery programmes.  For many people, our professional addictions team have found this is enough time to set up a system of recovery to take back in to your life. 

At Ocean Hills we focus on Hope, Wellness and Recovery.

The way Ocean Hills approaches wellness includes using expert clinical addiction services through our experienced professional team. Guests work closely with our Occupational Therapist, our Programme Facilitor and will have access to GPs, as well as mental health professionals and therapists as needed.

Our methodologies include proven therapeutic techniques and addiction education. We have a holistic focus and rigourous after-care planning and offer ongoing support.
