Description

Group sessions are a great motivation to quit smoking and give you the chance to share your experiences and learn from others who are in the same boat.

Each week, smokers meet with their Quit Coach and are guided through the quitting journey with stop smoking techniques, expert advice, and support.

When you sign up, you can let us know whether you'd like to meet in a group or one-on-one.  If you'd prefer, we can also come to you at your home or workplace.

If you are still smokefree four weeks after your quit date, you receive a $50 reward voucher. For pregnant quitters, you receive up to $300 in reward vouchers.
