Description

We realise group sessions aren’t for everyone. That’s why our Quit Coaches can work with you one-on-one.

When you sign up we'll refer you to the best Quit Coach in your local area to support you on your smokefree journey.

Each week, smokers meet with their Quit Coach and are guided through the quitting journey with stop smoking techniques, expert advice, and support. You can choose to meet with your Quit Coach one-on-one and they can come to you at your home or workplace.

If you are still smokefree four weeks after your quit date, you receive a $50 reward voucher. For pregnant quitters, you receive up to $300 in reward vouchers.
