To start your smokefree journey you can:
- fill out our online form or
- call us on 0800 6623 4255 or
- message us on Facebook or
- ask your GP/family doctor or other health professional to get in touch with us for you.
If you're still not convinced, read the news section on our website for inspiration from others who have gone smokefree.
If you are pregnant and smoking, it's incredibly important you stop to protect your baby. A child needs a smokefree place to grow and develop during pregnancy in order to have the best chance at a healthy life.
Each week, smokers meet with their Quit Coach and are guided through the quitting journey with stop smoking techniques, expert advice, and support. You can choose to meet with your Quit Coach one-on-one, in a group, or they can come to you at your home or workplace.
We can help you quit with support and advice tailored to pregnant women, and by joining our programme you could receive up to $300 in reward vouchers. Start now.
